Coronavirus (COVID 19)

 Last updated 08/09/2021
We are currently open for all appointments, this includes routine and non-urgent as well as emergency care.

We are now allowing clients in to the practice, we ask that all clients please continue to wear masks and that only 1 person enters the consult room. Where possible clients should wait outside to avoid crowding the reception area. Please let us know if you would like our vets to carry out your consult outside, we will accommodate any requests where possible.

IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 PLEASE LET OUR STAFF KNOW AND AVOID ENTERING THE BUILDING.

We are still offering a chargeable telephone consultation with a vet in situations where clients are not able to visit the practice. Where possible we will prescribe treatment without the need to bring your pet in. If the vet decides that your pet needs to be seen then only a normal consultation will be charged.

Our opening times have returned to normal.

Consultation by appointment

9-10am
2-4pm
5-6.30pm

Saturday

Please do not come to the practice without ringing first.

What about repeat prescriptions?
If your pet requires more medication, please phone us to order, allowing the usual 48 hours notice. Please call us before picking up your pet's medication to ensure it has arrived and to make a payment over the phone.

What if I am self-isolating and my pet needs to see a vet?
We understand that these are challenging times. Please ring us first to discuss your situation with one of the vets.
In some cases, we may be able to assist remotely and post medication. If we decide that the animal needs to be seen as an urgent or emergency case then we will ask if there is another person who could bring the pet to us.

Please help us keep our staff healthy at this difficult time and help us limit the spread of Coronavirus in our community.

We will keep this page updated in line with the government guidelines and guidance from the RCVS.

If you have any questions then call the practice on 01691 830235.
